Starting tomorrow, Friday, December 17, 2021, the entry of travelers from several destinations to the United Arab Emirates will be suspended, as a decision was issued to suspend entry for those coming from the Congo within hours.
In this context, the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management, as well as the General Civil Aviation Authority of the United Arab Emirates, announced the start of suspending the entry of all travelers from the Republic of the Congo on all flights, whether those of national carriers or affiliated with foreign carriers, in addition to preventing the entry of passengers traveling from the Republic of the Congo. The arrivals transit from it, starting from Friday, December 17, 2021 at eight o’clock in the morning.
On the other hand, a decision was issued to prevent entry to travelers who were in the Congo during the two weeks preceding their arrival to the Emirates.
On the other hand, it was decided to continue operating flights, as it will be allowed to transport passengers from the Emirates to these areas, according to what was published by the Emirates News Agency “WAM”.
