The worker is entitled to receive wages for the days of the due leave if he leaves the work before using it, regardless of its duration, for the period for which he did not obtain his leave.

A part-time worker is entitled to an annual leave according to the actual working hours spent by the employer, and its duration is determined on the basis of the total working hours after converting them to working days, divided by the number of working days in the year, multiplied by the legally established leaves
