An important statement from Dubai roads for all drivers, citizens and residents

Breaking news was received a short while ago, according to which the UAE Roads and Transport Authority has announced the new official working hours in its offices and in its various spread service centers, which are scheduled to start next Monday, January 3, 2022.

In this context and in line with the decision of the Government of the Emirate of Dubai to change the weekly work system, the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai announced the new official working hours in its offices and in its various service delivery centers spread throughout the emirate, from Monday until Friday of each week, provided that The weekend will be on Saturday and Sunday, and the daily working hours will be from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, except for Friday, when the official working hours will be from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm

The working hours of service providers centers (technical examination) will be from Sunday to Thursday full-time, as is currently the case, and Saturday will be an official holiday for these centers, and work will be on Friday from (4:00) in the afternoon to (9:00) in the evening

As for the Authority’s customer happiness centers, working hours will be from Monday to Thursday full-time, as is currently in effect, from (8:00) in the morning to (7:30) in the evening, and Saturday and Sunday will be a weekly official holiday for these centers. As for the working hours of the customer happiness centers on Friday, it will be from (8:00) in the morning (12:00) in the afternoon.

With regard to the operating hours of the Dubai Metro, with its red and green lines, it will be from Monday to Thursday from (5:00) in the morning to (1:15) in the morning of the next day. The metro operating hours will be from Friday to Saturday from (5:00) in the morning to (2:15) in the morning of the next day, and it will operate on Sunday from (8:00) in the morning to (1:15) in the morning of the next day

As for the tram, its operating hours will be from Monday to Saturday from (6:00) in the morning to (1:00) the next morning, and its operating hours on Sunday will be from (9:00) in the morning to (1:00) in the morning of this next day. According to the Emirati newspaper Al Khaleej.
