Undersecretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry Abdullah Al-Afasy told Al-Qabas that the ministry is in the process of canceling commercial licenses permanently for every company or commercial store that violates the instructions of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Health and the Municipality of Kuwait regarding combating the new Corona virus «COFED-19», in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 111 of 2013 .

He pointed out that there are directives from the Minister of Commerce and Industry Khaled Nasser Al-Roudhan that any company or commercial store that violates the country's laws related to fighting Corona applies the most severe penalties legally applied to it, including canceling the commercial license and closing its file at the Manpower Authority, which results in the deportation of the workers registered on its file Considering that such violations are harmful to society as a whole.

He pointed out that the Ministry canceled the licenses of two offices for selling and organizing fish auctions in cooperation with the Manpower Authority and the Municipality of Kuwait, with a report to remove the registered workers permanently from Kuwait, pointing out that «Trade» is coordinating with the Kuwait Municipality regarding cafes that violated the requirements of the Ministry of Health, and a license will be canceled Every café violating the past few days has sold “hookahs” to customers despite its ban by the Ministry of Health.
