In this context, the Egyptian Health issued an important warning statement to all Muslims before fasting the blessed month of Ramadan, asking them to stop some dangerous habits.

On the other hand, the Ministry of Health and Population in Egypt issued an important warning to all Muslim citizens, before entering the blessed month of Ramadan, which Muslims are waiting for within a few days, as it called on all citizens to stop drinking stimulants such as coffee and Nescafe before the start of the holy month of Ramadan.

Health has clarified that Muslims are obliged to stop drinking stimulants in order to avoid getting a severe headache on the first day of fasting.

The Ministry of Health and Population stated: Everyone is required to stop drinking stimulants such as coffee and Nescafe at least a week before the start of Ramadan, so that they do not suffer a severe headache on the first day of fasting.

For its part, the Ministry stressed the importance of eating healthy meals in suhoor and iftar, and making sure that these meals are rich in fiber, as it called for reducing sugars and starches.
