Kuwait Airways statement after saving its plane in Saudi Arabia
Today, Kuwait Airways issued a statement revealing what has been raised about a Kuwaiti plane's emergency landing.
Some social media was trading news about the exposure of a Kuwaiti plane heading from Kuwait to Burj Al Arab Airport in the city of Alexandria for an emergency landing in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, due to a technical defect
Sources reported that the concerned authorities in Tabuk region received a report on Monday evening a fire inside the pilot's plane with a plane coming from Kuwait, and preparing for an emergency landing at Prince Sultan Airport in Tabuk, with 156 passengers on board.
The sources indicated that 13 ambulance teams from the Red Crescent, 7 teams from the Military Hospital, 6 health teams, and support teams from the Civil Defense subsequently left.
It also indicated that the plane landed safely on the runway amid the full preparedness of the concerned authorities at the airport, while one case was dealt with by the Red Crescent, and it was treated on site, and it was not transferred to the hospital,
