Hours ago, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the United Arab Emirates revealed the new general rules for the work of citizens and residents in the country.
In this context, His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the United Arab Emirates, Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Manan Al Awar, announced new statements that were reported by the official newspapers and media in the country, in which the general rules of work for citizens and residents within the UAE were revealed.
On a related level, His Excellency Minister Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Manan Al Awar, through a media briefing, was held in order to announce the decree on the new Federal Law No. 47 of 2021.
The new law specified the unified general rules related to work in the United Arab Emirates and at the headquarters of the Ministry of Human Resources in Dubai. The new law adopted by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, begins its implementation on February 2, 2022.
On the other hand, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Awar, Minister of Human Resources, stated that the weekly leave in the private sector is characterized by flexibility for the institutions of this sector to determine the appropriate leave, but the minimum is not less than one day per week.
