The General Authority of Civil Aviation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issues a circular that the traveler will be issued a boarding pass before going to the plane, and this card will be by using the Tawakolna application.

The authority has issued a circular to all airlines stating that, in coordination with the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence and the relevant authorities, a boarding pass will soon be issued before heading to the airport for the traveler whose health condition in the application is immune or has not been proven infected.

The authority clarified that it will not be allowed to enter the airports except through the use of the Tawakalna application through three areas for screening when entering the airport.

It also includes workers, travelers, employees and all airport visitors, and at the check-in area and issuance of boarding passes, and at the aircraft entry area.

The authority also confirmed that this decision comes to implement the precautionary measures and preventive measures for the Corona pandemic recommended by the competent committees at airports and their facilities, according to what was published by the Saudi Press Agency.
