His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain has expressed his deep appreciation for the Arab Republic of Egypt’s unwavering support and solidarity with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. In the wake of recent hostile Iranian escalations, the King hailed Egypt's readiness to provide comprehensive support, describing the Egyptian stance as a reflection of deeply rooted historical ties and authentic Arab brotherhood.

Unity in Facing Regional Challenges

King Hamad emphasized that Egypt’s noble position stems from a strategic belief that the security of the Arabian Gulf is a vital component of Egypt’s own national security. Under current exceptional regional circumstances, His Majesty noted that a shared destiny necessitates unified Arab ranks and enhanced cooperation to effectively counter-threats that aim to destabilize the region.

The Bahraini Monarch stressed the importance of institutionalizing "Collective Arab National Security" to shield Arab nations from external aggression. He called for continued and intensive coordination between Bahrain, Egypt, and the GCC countries to safeguard regional sovereignty. This cooperation, he noted, is not only a deterrent against aggression but also a pillar for regional stability and sustainable development.
