Emirates Airline has inked a significant agreement with Dubai Investments Park to secure land for a new Cabin Crew Village, marking a multi-billion-dirham investment in residential infrastructure. The development is set to house up to 12,000 cabin crew members in a mixed-use community.

Plans for the New Housing Development

The project will feature 20 modern residential buildings, each 19 stories tall, offering a range of one to three-bedroom apartments. Groundbreaking is scheduled for 2026, with the first phase expected to be completed in 2029. This initiative underscores Emirates' commitment to enhancing crew wellbeing, providing convenient access to essentials, leisure, and community spaces.

Ali Mubarak Al Soori, Emirates' Chief Procurement and Facilities Officer, emphasized the importance of supporting crew lifestyles with carefully planned living spaces. The agreement was finalized with Dubai Investments' leadership, including Vice Chairman Khalid Bin Kalban.

Comprehensive Lifestyle and Amenities

Beyond housing, the Cabin Crew Village will include a central hub with retail outlets, restaurants, and various amenities. Residents can enjoy modern fitness centers, clinics, and landscaped public areas. The site will feature walking trails, resort-style pools, and green spaces to promote an active lifestyle.

Omar Al Mesmar, General Manager of Dubai Investments Park, highlighted the park's role as a hub for ambitious projects and its strategic location between Dubai's key airports. This aligns with Emirates' long-term operational strategy, enhancing Dubai's status as a global business center.
