​The Ministry of Labour confirmed that the National Employment Platform allows job seekers to nominate themselves for available vacancies without limits.

The Ministry clarified its role in auditing vacancies entered by employers regarding salaries, qualifications, and specializations to ensure quality opportunities.

The platform allows employers to view the data of the first 25 qualified candidates, with the option to request more applicants manually.

Official data revealed that Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, Programming, and Logistics are the most employed specializations for university graduates in the Kingdom.

The Ministry noted that majors such as Islamic Studies, History, Law, and Political Science recorded lower employment rates compared to technical fields.

Government-owned companies and "Mumtalakat" actively contribute by posting vacancies on the platform to integrate national cadres into vital sectors.

The Ministry emphasized that there is no legal obligation for employers to hire exclusively through the platform, allowing direct recruitment of citizens.

All employment contracts are subject to Ministry audits to ensure compliance with the Private Sector Labour Law and salary-to-qualification standards.

New employment and insurance applications are transferred electronically between the Social Insurance Organization and the Ministry for regulatory completion.

The platform aims to provide an integrated system ensuring transparency in job titles, salary details, locations, and working hours for seekers.

The Ministry continuously reviews employment standards to protect the rights of both parties and enhance the stability of Bahrain's local labor market.
