Emirates Airline continues to strengthen its global footprint by expanding the deployment of its upgraded Boeing 777 aircraft and newly delivered Airbus A350 jets, bringing its highly sought-after Premium Economy Class to 10 additional destinations worldwide.
The move underscores the airline’s ongoing commitment to elevating passenger comfort while offering more flexibility across its international network.
The Dubai-based carrier announced that it will operate Airbus A350 aircraft on its new daily services to Copenhagen, Phuket, and Cape Town, complementing existing flight schedules and providing travelers with enhanced connectivity and access to the latest cabin products, including Premium Economy.
Emirates confirmed that by 1 July, aircraft equipped with Premium Economy cabins—namely the Airbus A380, Boeing 777, and Airbus A350—will be serving more than 84 destinations globally, marking a major milestone in the airline’s cabin modernization strategy.
From an operational perspective, the airline revealed that starting 1 June, it will introduce a second daily flight between Dubai and Copenhagen, alongside a third daily service to Phuket. Additionally, a third daily flight to Cape Town will commence from 1 July. All newly added services will be operated using Airbus A350 aircraft featuring the Premium Economy cabin.
Across Europe and the Americas, Emirates will deploy upgraded Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on round-trip flights to Barcelona and Mexico City beginning 1 February. Meanwhile, from 29 March, the airline will operate Airbus A350 aircraft on its Rome services and introduce the additional Copenhagen frequency from June.
In Asia, Emirates will operate two of its seven weekly flights between Dubai and Cochin using upgraded Boeing 777-300LR aircraft starting 29 January, with similar operations to Karachi commencing on 1 March. The airline also confirmed that Taipei will be served by the upgraded Boeing 777-300LR on round-trip flights from 15 March to 30 April.
Further network enhancements include the addition of a third daily flight to Phuket from 1 July, while Brisbane will be served by upgraded Boeing 777-300ER aircraft starting 29 March. In the Middle East, Emirates will deploy the upgraded Boeing 777 on services to Basra from 29 January, and to Kuwait from 1 February until 30 April, with Airbus A350 operations to Kuwait beginning 1 May. Services to Tehran will also transition to upgraded Boeing 777 aircraft from 29 March.
