Bahrain's Ministry of Interior has issued an urgent statement instructing citizens and residents to immediately proceed to the nearest safe place whenever warning sirens are activated.

The ministry stressed that prompt compliance with official safety instructions is essential for protecting lives and ensuring public safety, urging everyone to remain calm and follow the guidance issued by the competent authorities.

It also called on the public to rely exclusively on official government channels for updates and to avoid spreading or acting on unverified information or rumors.

The Ministry confirmed that the relevant authorities continue to monitor the situation closely and are implementing all necessary measures in accordance with established emergency and safety plans.

It further emphasized the importance of full cooperation with the competent authorities, noting that any additional instructions or updates will be announced through official communication channels.

The ministry urged everyone to remain vigilant, follow preventive measures, and act responsibly to help protect lives and maintain public safety.
