Kuwait's General Staff Headquarters announced that the Explosive Ordnance Disposal team of the Land Force Engineering Unit will conduct operations to remove explosive remnants and fragments in New Bayan, Al Mubarakiya area.

According to the statement, the operation will take place from 4:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. on Thursday as part of safety procedures aimed at securing the area and eliminating hazardous materials.

The General Staff clarified that any explosion sounds heard during this period will be associated with controlled disposal activities carried out by specialized military teams.

The announcement was issued to inform citizens and residents in advance about the nature of the operation and to prevent unnecessary concern regarding the sounds that may be heard.

Officials emphasized that all procedures will be implemented under strict safety protocols designed to protect nearby communities and ensure public security.
