The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy in Kuwait announced that the Al Siddiq (D) main power substation has gone out of service following a technical fault.

According to the official statement, the incident resulted in a power outage affecting a limited section of Al Siddiq, specifically Block 3.

The ministry confirmed that emergency response teams were deployed to the site immediately after the fault was identified.

Technical crews are currently carrying out inspection and maintenance work to resolve the issue and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.

Officials stated that the outage is limited to part of Al Siddiq Block 3, with no additional affected areas mentioned in the official announcement.

The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy emphasized that emergency teams remain on site and continue working to restore electricity safely and as quickly as possible.
