A Major Milestone: Kuwait's Public Authority for Minors Affairs officially completes its replacement plan, hitting 100% Kuwaitization across all targeted positions!

The Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Minors Affairs, Alia Al-Saqer, announced that the authority has successfully completed its national workforce replacement plan, officially raising the Kuwaitization rate in all targeted positions to 100%, effective Monday, June 1, 2026.

​Al-Saqer stated in an official press release that completing the Kuwaitization roadmap is a crucial step toward developing the authority’s institutional operations. This milestone aligns perfectly with state directives aimed at empowering local talents and boosting national employment across various administrative and technical sectors.

​She added that the authority is actively modernizing its operational mechanisms and updating internal procedures. This approach ensures the optimal utilization of national capabilities, enhances organizational readiness, and directly upgrades the quality of services provided to the minors under the authority's care.
